I want to buy a charging jack.

There are many kinds available depending on the model of hand-held phone. Refer to the charging jack classification table on our homepage to select the one suitable to your model.
 

How long is the warranty of the product?

A/S is free of charge if you have trouble within 1 year after your purchase and normal use. And if the warranty period has passed or the trouble is due to an accident or disaster, you will pay for it.

It just won't work.

1. Check if the enclosed cigar jack is connected normally between the car and Hands-Free. If it is connected, the power source lamp will be illuminated green.
2. Check if the car engine has started normal.

2. Check the reception sensitivity of the hand-held phone. (Noise can occur also when the reception sensitivity of the other party is low.)
3. Adjust the mike sensitivity control button to low.
4. Use wireless earphone (for JS-3000).
 

The other party says he can hardly hear you.

1. Adjust the mike sensitivity control button to high.
2. Adjust the talk sound volume of the hand-held phone to the maximum.
3.  Use external mike (for JS-3000, sold separately).
 

The mood lamp of JS-3000 model won't change.

The initial condition of all mood lamps is off. Every time you push the button, it changes offRon according to the volume of sound.
 

The wireless earphone of JS-3000 model won't work.

1. Check if the power supply switch of the wireless earphone is on.
2. Charge the wireless earphone before use.
3. Adjust the volume control button of the wireless earphone.
4. Adjust the angle of the infrared transmitter in the direction of the earphone.
 

How do you charge the wireless earphone of JS-3000 model?

Put the wireless earphone on the earphone holder of the Hands-Free body. If the earphone lamp of the body is illuminated, it is charging.
 

What is the use of the mute button?
